The Racket Space

Creatives have long found home in the Shaw, from our earliest days in our OG shoddytonic Shaw hosting graff jams and exhibitions a plenty. When we moved home we knew being a sort of ‘hub’ for creatives to meet, exchange ideas and make work in was very important to us. So with that, long in the works has been our new Art Space – The Racket Space.

Think: Anti-art style, multi-purpose event space for Painting, Music live streams, Exhibitions, Showcases, Life Drawing Classes, Dance Jams, Live Performances, Film Clubs, Clothing Pop Ups, Markets, Paint Jams, Poetry Nights.. the list is endless.

The Space is in our basement, completely modular, very OG Shaw and everything we wanted from an art space in the Shaw. We wish we could show you the plans, but all good things come to those who wait!
