Eatyard Street Sessions
Introducing: Eatyard Street Sessions
Our new chef takeovers at Eatyard
Give a chef a shipping container for one day only and see what they come up with – that’s the plan for our brand new Street Sessions takeover. Kicking off this February, we will hand over one of their shipping containers to a guest cook each month, asking them to run a one-off, limited edition menu.
📆 February 13th – Lily Ramirez-Foran Taco Launch
2pm – Popup starts
4pm – Book launch chat with Lily
To launch Street Sessions, we have joined forces with brand new Irish publishing start-up Blasta Books and will welcome their first cookbook author, the brilliant Lily Ramirez-Foran to Eatyard on Sunday, February 13th. Lily will be serving up an exclusive taco from her brand new book Tacos from 2 pm until sell out. Lily’s book Tacos will also be available to buy and there will be a book reading & interview with Lily and food writer Ali Dunworth at 4 pm along with drinks specials to celebrate the event.
About Lily
Lily Ramirez-Foran is the founder of Ireland’s first Mexican boutique grocer and cookery school, Picado Mexican in Dublin. Lily has been living and cooking in Ireland for 20 years with her Irish husband and business partner, Alan. She’s a woman on a mission to showcase Mexican food beyond its clichés and misconceptions. When not busy with work, Lily can be found experimenting with recipes, writing at her kitchen table and learning to grow food in her tiny urban garden.
